    How to Use

    Organic coconut nectar syrup can be used as a 1:1 equal replacement for sugar and other sweeteners. Use in baking or cooking, in marinades and sauces or stir into coffee or tea. Drizzle over oatmeal, yogurt, fruit or any place you would like sweet flavor with wellness benefits.



    • ½cup Davidsun coconut oil
    • ½cup Davidsun coconut nectar syrup
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 large egg, beaten
    • 2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
    • 1 cup rolled oats, dry
    • ½teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder


    • 1 cup strawberries
    • 1 tablespoon water
    • ½tsp cornstarch + a few drops of water, enough to liquefy


    Combine the coconut nectar, coconut oil, vanilla and egg with an electric mixer or beat well by hand. Combine remaining dry ingredients, adding in 1/3 at a time, combining well. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour.

    Roughly chop and add the strawberries to a saucepan with a tablespoon of water over medium heat. Cook 5 minutes until softened, then puree in a food processor until smooth and return to pan. Combine corn starch with enough water to turn to liquid, add to strawberries and turn heat to low and stir until mixture begins tothicken.

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Roll out dough and cut into 4×2 inch squares. Spoon strawberries on one side, and fold over, primping the edges. Place bars onto a cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
