Ingredients

  • ½ cup Davidsun coconut seasoning sauce
  • ¼ cup peanut oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons Davidsun coconut vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon ginger root, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 3-4 medium garlic cloves, peeled and minced
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon hot chili flakes (or more to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons Davidsun coconut syrup
  • 1 tablespoons cornstarch
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 chicken wings
  • Sliced scallions, for garnish

Ingredients: 100% organic coconut sap, organic coconut nectar syrup, sea salt

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine all ingredients, adding oils in last. Toss wings in 1/3 of the marinade and let stand 10 minutes. Set a wire rack in a baking sheet and spread wings on a single layer. Bake 45-60 minutes until skin is crispy. Toss in remaining marinade and serve.
