    • 2 cups purple cabbage, shredded
    • 1 cup green cabbage, shredded
    • 1 cup carrots, shredded
    • ½cup broccoli florets, small dice
    • ¼cup sunflower seed, reserve half to garnish
    • ¼cup Davidsun coconut vinegar
    • 2 tbsp Davidsun coconut nectar syrup
    • ¼tsp dry mustard
    • ¼tsp whole mustard seeds (optional)
    • ½tsp ground celery seed
    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • salt and pepper to taste


    In a small bowl, whisk together coconut vinegar, coconut syrup, dry mustard, mustard seed, celery seed, sesame oil, salt and pepper. In a food processor using the shredding attachment, shred cabbage and carrots. Cut broccoli into very small florets. Toss veggies together, add in half of the sunflower seeds. Toss veggies in dressing, sprinkle with remaining sunflower seeds and chill for 10 minutes before serving.
