Ingredients

Healthy Mayonnaise

  • ½ cup Davidsun refined coconut oil
  • ¼ cup Davidsun avocado oil
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 ½ tsp Davidsun coconut sugar
  • 2 tsp raw apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp stone ground mustard
  • ½ tsp sea salt or more to taste
  • 3 egg yolks, at room temperature

Instructions

Bring all ingredients to room temperature. In a food processor, mix together all ingredients EXCEPT for oils. Once well combined, slowly wisk in oils while the food processor is running, on low if possible. The mixture should thicken(emulsify) once all the oil has been incorporated and will thicken further once refrigerated. Seal in an airtight container and keep refrigerated, will keep about 2 weeks.
